Every purchase automatically generates a PDF invoice from KAPELAN Medien GmbH with all details required under Section 14 of the German VAT Act (UStG): VAT ID, VAT shown separately at the applicable rate (19% in Germany), unique sequential number. Input VAT deduction just like any other business expense. Invoice by email & in your user portal. Credit purchases are currently available for billing addresses in the EU and the USA.

Data export & ownership

Export your collection at any time as CSV (Excel-compatible, UTF-8 with BOM) or PDF (with photos). Your data belongs to you — fully exportable or deletable at any time (Art. 17/20 GDPR). Our servers are located in Germany.

Predictable costs
