Which AI does NumisCAN use?
We use a leading large language model: since October 2026, every AI request – from Quick Identify to research – runs on one current top model, the highest-quality model we know of for image analysis.
Who runs NumisCAN?
The provider and your contractual partner is KAPELAN Medien GmbH (Germany). Its managing director and developer is Christian Gothe. Payments are handled by Mollie (SEPA, card, PayPal) – servers are located in Germany, GDPR-compliant.
Can I take my data with me at any time?
Yes – any time, free of charge. CSV and PDF export of your collection in the settings, plus a complete GDPR data export (Art. 20 GDPR) with all images and invoices as a ZIP file. No lock-in, no waiting period.
